Reiki is an energetic healing method that is widely accepted as a modality for reducing stress and promoting relaxation. Reiki works in harmony with conventional medicine, medication, surgery, child birth, and psychological care. Kevin Pennell regularly teaches all levels of Tibetan/Usui and Karuna® Reiki healing modalities through SpiritWings at 14 Main Street in Bethel. Kevin also offers Meditation Classes and Ancestral Healing, a new series of classes examining various methods of healing employed by our ancestors, and the use of these same methods in today’s world.

Mahoosuc Mountain Lodge Wellness Weekend

Treat yourself to the talents of practitioners offering sessions in foot reflexology, massage, acupuncture, spiritual counseling and healing. Sessions start at 9 a.m. on Saturday and will run through Sunday until
5 p.m. There will be a potluck dinner Saturday at 6 p.m. followed by a speaker/presentation at 7:30 p.m.
Sessions cost from $45-$100 depending on practitioner.
